Connections Before Contractions is a free community event designed to connect expectant parents with doulas and maternal health resources in a relaxed, engaging environment. The event is structured speed-dating style, allowing participants to meet multiple doulas, explore comfort measures, and build meaningful connections before birth.
The goal is to help families feel informed, supported, and empowered to invest in the birth experience they deserve.
