H.E.L.P. – Health and English Language Program
Improve your English skills with H.E.L.P. (Health and English Language Program) at the International District Community Center!
This community program is designed to help participants strengthen their English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
Classes are offered twice each week, and participants may attend one or both classes:
Tuesdays: 9:15–11:30 a.m.
Wednesdays: 5:15–7:30 p.m.

Whether you’re looking to build confidence in everyday conversations, improve your reading and writing, or strengthen your overall English communication skills, H.E.L.P. provides an opportunity to learn and grow alongside others in the community.

Este programa comunitario está diseñado para ayudar a los participantes a fortalecer sus habilidades de lectura, escritura, comprensión auditiva y conversación en inglés, dentro de un ambiente de aprendizaje acogedor y de apoyo.
Las clases se ofrecen dos veces por semana y los participantes pueden asistir a una o ambas clases:
Martes: 9:15–11:30 a.m.
Miércoles: 5:15–7:30 p.m.
