
Join us every Sunday for the Movement and Meditation for Collective Liberation class with Indy Community Yoga. This welcoming class offers a space for community care, sincere practice, and shared humanity. No special knowledge or experience is required – just come as you are in comfortable clothing. The morning begins with Qi Gong from 9:30 to 10:00 AM, featuring gentle, flowing movements for ease and strength. Meditation follows from 10:05 to 10:45 AM, offering quiet, seated, and walking meditation to suit everyone. From 11:00 to 11:15 AM, engage in Mindful Listening and Dialogue to enhance communication skills, followed by Collective Discussion from 11:15 to 11:30 AM, where participants can share reflections or enjoy tea and connection.
